Role Details
- Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
- Type: Full-Time Contract
- Duration: Minimum 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Guide leadership on AI trends and opportunities.
- Analyse business processes to identify AI automation potential.
- Design and deploy AI solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot and custom LLMs.
- Engage clients through workshops and demos to showcase AI benefits.
- Monitor and optimise AI implementations for ongoing improvement.
Competency Profile
- Strong communication to explain technical concepts simply.
- Process-driven with excellent organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in AI development or automation engineering.
- Experience creating workflows and automations for efficiency.
- Proven client-facing role in technical consulting.
Required Technical Skills
- AI/ML tools and LLMs.
- Hosting custom LLMs (e.g., Meta LLaMA, Google Gemma).
- Microsoft Copilot and M365 integrations.
- AI-powered RMM/PSA workflows (e.g., NinjaRMM, Datto, Kaseya).
- ChatGPT and custom GPTs.
- Workflow automation platforms (e.g., Hatz, REWST, n8n).
- Experience in self-hosted LLMs in own environment and familiarity with hosted servers.
Optional Technical Skills
- RMM/PSA tools (e.g., Ninja, ConnectWise).
- SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 automation.
- Certifications such as:
- Microsoft AI-102 / AI Engineer Associate
- Data & AI-related Microsoft certifications
- Automation platform certifications (REWST, n8n, etc.)
