About This Job

This is a full-time,IT Support Specialist position requiring proficiency in English and Arabic. The role is on - site in Dubai Media City.

Key Responsibilities

Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for 100 end users - on site and remote
Manage hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
Support mobile devices and related applications
Handle network connectivity and basic network troubleshooting
Assist with audio visual equipment setup and support
Deliver general user support and resolve technical issues promptly
