As we expand, we’re seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth, build relationships, and generate new opportunities.
Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire client relationship from prospecting to deal closure.
- Schedule meetings with key decision-makers to introduce Supportwave’s services.
- Collaborate with the Supportwave team to ensure smooth transitions and successful deal closures.
This is a remote role based within easy commuting distance to London, with occasional client meetings and industry events when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities within key target markets.
- Work with the marketing team to build and manage lead lists through research, data, and outreach.
- Own and manage client relationships from initial contact to deal closure.
- Initiate meetings with decision-makers to introduce Supportwave's services.
- Track outreach efforts and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Represent Supportwave at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong network within the IT, recruitment, and tech industry.
- Resilient, persistent, and goal-oriented, with a positive mindset and a strong commitment to contributing to the team’s success.
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in recruitment/outsourcing.
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Committed to using CRM tools to manage outreach and pipeline effectively.
- London-based or within easy commuting distance for occasional client visits.
