This is a 12-month full-time on-site IT Support Specialist role based in Kista, Sweden. The position requires proficiency in English and Swedish to support users effectively in a dynamic workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and user support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot and maintain network and audio visual systems
• Deliver hands-on technical assistance and resolve IT issues promptly
• Support end-users with installations, configurations, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure
